What this is

Tockrate publishes one short video per day about artificial intelligence, robotics, and technology news, to the operator's own social media accounts. There is no user account, no sign-up, no subscription, and no paid service. Nothing here is offered for sale.

Who may use it

The Tockrate software is operated by its author for their own channels only. It is not a service provided to other people, and no third party is granted access to it.

Content and accuracy

Videos summarize publicly published news and research, and each names its source on screen. Summaries are produced with automated assistance and may contain errors or omissions. Nothing published by Tockrate is professional, financial, legal, or technical advice. Check the named source before acting on anything you see.

Corrections are welcome. Send them to the contact address below; substantive errors are addressed publicly on the platform where the video appeared.

Intellectual property

Video scripts, narration, graphics, and the Tockrate name and mark are the operator's work. Headlines, facts, and quoted excerpts remain the property of their original publishers and are used for news reporting and commentary with attribution. Rights holders who object to a specific use can write to the contact address below, and the material will be removed.

Music and audio used in videos are either original, licensed for the use, or free of licensing restrictions. Tockrate does not embed third-party copyrighted recordings.

Platform rules

Tockrate publishes through the official APIs of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X, under each platform's developer terms and policies. It does not automate engagement, does not create or operate accounts other than the operator's own, and does not attempt to influence platform recommendation systems by artificial means.

This website and its content are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, anything published here or on the associated channels.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Poland. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Questions go to tockrate@gmail.com.
